The canna deluxe rooms all have a very musty smell, they offered an air purifier but it didnt make any difference. they also sprayed the curtains with air freshner which worked for about 5 minutes. the air conditioning didnt work properly and took 2 days to fix. the swim up bar pool was being renovated so chairs around the main pool were always full. The main pool is not very child or non swimmer friendly. The only way to access the pool was by the steps at the deep end, which isnt helpful if you cannot swim. staff were friendly but for most staff their english was very limited which made communication very frustrating. Breakfast was good, great choice. Location was ok as we had a car, but its a very steep hill to climb to the hotel if you are on foot.
