First rate service all round...We had just left a 4 star hotel in Bangkok and found Topland fast and efficient to a level better then Bangkok and for a very reasonable low cost...Would certainly stay again ..strongly recommended.......

Selected double-bed and we were given 2 singles. We changed room and the electronic key didn't work. I changed my key about 10 times and not 1 person said sorry. This was the worst hotel I have stayed in in the world. There was no redeeming factor. Stay here at your peril.

The location of this hotel is quite convenient, though the room is a bit old, we are still quite happy to enjoy the service.

Overall I enjoyed my stay but I was disappointed with the lack of "taxis" outside the hotel. And if they were outside the driver was generally asleep and or if they werent they ignored you. They have a mini bus that goes to the airport, they can at least have one that goes to the bus terminal. There are public buses that go past the hotel to the terminal but they are the last thing you want to catch when you have 2 or 3 pieces of luggage. A tourist information section in lobby would be helpful along with maps of the area which outline tourist attractions.

This hotel was ideal as a base for exploring the surrounding area, including the historical ruins at Sukhothai. It is situated on top of a department store and close to local restaurants. It wasn't 'five star' quality, but for the price it was excellent value for money. The rooms were clean and nicely presented and the staff were very attentive. There was a good choice at breakfast. Being the tallest hotel in town it had fantastic views of the surrounding area. Close to night markets, riverside restaurants and an easy drive to Sukhothai.
