The hotel was nice enough. It was pretty expensive though but thats because I left the booking to the last minute. The place is in a prime location, close to the action, including shops and night scene. The hotel wasn't as nice as the photos suggested and the facilities ie. pool and gym werent great but we were barely at the hotel anyway. i would stay there again but it wouldnt be my first choice only becasue of the high cost.

Hotel is situated a very good spot of the island. Amazing views, nice swimming pool, great breakfast. But the rooms are a little bit old. Good hotel but they charge too much for what they have. Wouldn't stay again.

Location is quite good, near the pier and street, and room facing the Loh Dalum Bay is much better than facing the pier.

Great place to stay, close to pier and all amenities, right on a beauitful beach, nice big pool, we were travelling with our 3 adult daughters and we had 2 conecting rooms which were a very good size with great views. would definately stay here again.

hotel pool area is excellent. lots of chairs and shade. the only downside in the hotel is the poor current in the shower.but, you can still wash-off your soap. overall, excellent experience.

The hotel location is great, the building and pool are nice, but the equipment of the room is just avarage and not in line with what is shown on the homepage neither with the price, and the water in the bathroom is salty (the filtering system needs to be checked maybe).

Expensive for standard of hotel. Bathroom average.Location and access good. Staff friendly and generally helpful.Internet should have been free, most major/good hotels offer this facilty. Non - Availability of good TV news Channel. Even when on holiday I like to keep up with news at least once per day.Food at beach outlet good. Breakfast average, coffee was very poor. No soy milk available. One issue when some overzealous member of staff required me lower my umbrella at the pool, he said because wind and rain coming. Noted that he never asked any one else, and neither did wind & rain come. His attitude marred what util then was good day.Would I go again - probably not. Island crowded and too touristy. Quite dirty areas of beach on parts of the Island. A lot of things overpriced.

Nice hotel. The room was ok, could have been bigger though. Stunning view! Breakfast was average. Didnt find the quality and variation of the food so good. The location of the hotel was excellent! But the bars on the beach was quite noisy, and played loud music until late every night..

The hotel is in an excellent location having Ton Sai bay out front and the pier where you arrive being 200 yards from the front door. To the rear of the hotel is Loh Dalam bay with numerous bars and restaurants. The water in the hotel bathrooms has a rather salty taste, not sure if they process sea water being on a small island!

Great hotel and perfectly located. The room had an amazing view and is located between the port and the main beach in Phi Phi. Also very close to the shops etc. The staff were lovely and welcoming and accommodated our request for a higher floor. As it was our honeymoon, the bed was covered in a heart made of flowers. Only downside is the people get up early to 'reserve'a lounge by the pool. They may actually only sit on it for an hour and then leave to do other things. This means that people who actually want to use the lounges and pool have the worst seats. Not sure how you could stop this though.

We stayed 2 nights at the Cabana, upon arrival to the main pier, we had no one to pick up our luggage to take to the hotel. Was told by a hotel staff member at the pier to take them myself as its only a 2 mins walk, (not that easy trying to pull 2 20kg suitcases and 2 carry on luggage bags through the very sandy footpath.) Was very dissapointed with the 1st impression. The hotel is abit old and dated and the rooms show this. Although excellent location, nice beach to swim and nice main pool.

The location of Cabana Hotel is a natural advantage: you can just sit in front of the swimming pool facing the Ton Sai Bay and enjoying its beautiful beach view.Its good location also brings convenience of transportation and dining. Its garden is also quite serene and beautiful. However, the beach of Ton Sai Bay is always over crowded.

The location and views were incredible. The hotel and pool are beautiful. The room was nice but smelled musty, might have to do with it being on the ground floor. The non-Thai food at the pool side restaurant was terrible. The breakfast buffet was average. Overall though it was a very pleasant experience. I would stay there again.

We booked the hotel for the Christmas period. Unfortunately after booking a charge for a Christmas dinner at 99USD each was made on my credit card!!! This was compulsory and also very very expensive. I would never pre-book a hotel again through your website as I felt I was unfairly treated.

Great location, next to the beach and close to town, yet quiet. Rooms were OK, bathrooms were not very clean and are outdated.

The view was good but everyhting else was of poor quality. Bathroom was filthy, Buffet was covered in bugs, staff service was poor ( the resturaunt staff were particularly ignorant, all in all- not worth the money!

Most - great location, beautiful pool Least - room location - didn't matter how many times we tried to explain it's our honeymoon and ask for a better room location, they never listened!

I had read a lot of reviews prior to booking and was a bit concerned due to what I read. My wife really wanted a place with a nice pool and due to the amount of hotels on the island we booked it. I was very pleased and do not regret this decision. We were within walking distance of the pier, took us all of 1-2 minutes to get there. We were very close to the town/pier but still far enough away that we were not bothered by the noise or people. The pool was great. It was great visually and a very nice size. It had a decent depth and plenty of room. I never felt like my space was being invaded by the other guests either. The room was pretty good for what we paid. It did not have a ton of space but we also got the smallest/cheapest room. It was enough room for two people though and did have a small frig, coffee maker, a safe, and some other items that could be of use. The view was excellent. I had no issues or complaints about that. The hotel rooms look out onto the non pier side of the island and the beach was within throwing distance. I could have almost spit into the ocean from our room. The beach was quiet, clean, and not crowded due to its location. It also was not covered in boats. The down side is it was only 2-3 feet deep for quite the distance. It works and with the pool and other near by beaches it was fine. They had a small gym that was funny based on the lack of equipment, but that did not really bother me much. Oh, and the breakfast was pretty good. It was included in the price and was served for 3 hours(7-10am). It had a small omelet bar, some fried eggs, cereal, fruit, some Thai food, and some english breakfast food. It was good enough for us to take advantage of every morning and was much better than more expensive hotels I have stayed at in the past. The TV had about 6 English channels which we were forced to use due to the weather. The room also came with umbrellas and two bottles of water everyday. There was more in the room and frig that could be purchased if you wanted. The complaints I asked to use the snoocker ball(pool room) and was denied. The pool tables are in rooms and locked with the request that you schedule them. I asked about using one of the three rooms and was told to come back tomorrow. The response was very vague and a bit rude. I asked, he looked up my information which showed I was leaving the next day, and then he told me, "come back tomorrow." I would have liked a little more reason or the use of the room. We were there in the off season and based on the time of day I am willing to bet it was not in use. That annoyed me. Other than that I can not think of anything else that was of disappointment. It would have also been nice to get a DVD player with the TV for those rainy days. They charge 300 baht per night to rent one. This did not really bother me but could be improved. Hope this was of help and we will most likely be back when we have family in town. From what we saw it was one of the nicer hotels for its area. No boat rides required and luggage can easily be carried to and from the pier.

The location of Phi Phi Cabana Hotel was superb. The views from our deluxe suite faced Tonsai Bay and were stunning and definitely the highlight of our stay. The hotel was by far the best hotel in the Tonsai Bay area both for location and facilities. The staff were relaxed but attentive but we did have some minor problems communicating due to language differences. The rooms were spacious but the bathrooms were very small. The rooms were clean but some areas needed attending to such as under beds and behind furniture which obviously had not been cleaned for some time. It would have also been good if the rooms were sprayed as there were mosquitos at times. Around the pool the area was picturesque however the umbrellas and sun lounges were often ripped or broken and the gardens were a little unkempt.We however had a very enjoyable stay with no problems and we felt safe at all times and would recommend the Hotel to people wanting to stay in the area.

Location of the hotel is very convenient. The swimming pool is big enough to have fun. However, we found the quilt is dirty and the bathroom is not very clear as well.

air-conditioning unit was leaking water but staff managed to fix it. Maintenance seem to be poor. Staff are polite but not very friendly or helpful.

Room air conditioning did not operate correctly and was noisy. Room temperature varied and room was rather warm at times. Hotel maintenance staff attempts to fix the aircon resulted in water leaking down the wall from the ceiling space onto the floor of our room. Eventually repairs were carried out correctly. Buffet breakfast was disappointing. Staff did not understand English very well. Service level varied from one day to the next. Staff need further hospitality training. Some staff friendly others indifferent. Restaurant in need of better management. No safe stairs access to narrow beach area. Overall this hotel still appeared to be of higher standard than most other hotels on Phi Phi.

The swimming pool is excellent with the sea view. How ever, I don't like the bathroom, it is too bad. The hotel is expensive.

the hotel was one of the best in phi phi, i would recommend this hotel to anybody, friendly staff,excellent location, the view from our room was amazing and spotlessly clean the only problem we had was that we did not book enough nights there and had to stay somewhere else, and nowhere in phi phi had the same standards as this hotel

The main restaurant was excellent, and the cafe by the pool was good. The pool is beautiful but if it's busy you have to get up early to bags a lounge! It's a great location as it's on one end of the beach so relatively quiet but only ~150m walk to main town. Breakfast is only served until 10am, so we missed it a couple of days! Rooms are clean and nicely furnished and the shower was great (although the bathroom was cosy!). Would definitely recommend to others and stay again ourselves!

Phi Phi Cabana is a nice hotel,. The cleaniness of common areas and restaurant service must be improved. The swimming pool is excellent but some additional chairs won't hammer.The hotel and restaurant staff barely speek english making difficult for the guests to communicate with them.

Phi Phi Cabana Hotel was very disappointing for us which was a shame as the island is wonderful. Only good thing about the hotel is the location, great views of the beach and very central to everything however the stench from the drains in the communal areas of the hotel were disgusting although cleanliness of room was good. Compulsory Christmas Eve dinner was an absolute farce, staff were useless, which was a pity as I live in Thailand and the staff are normally very efficient and friendly. The Christmas Eve dinner was a total rip off money wise.........never again!

Too Many mosquitos in the room at night, some televison channels sometimes suddenly lost signal, no in room internet connection,breakfast location is confusing, staff did not react quick to clean the bowl and gave tea to us.It's not worth with the money value I have expense. The only best thing is the location was very close to the pier and beach. Too Many mosguitos from bathroom at night and disturbing my child. Breakfast location confusing, no lift, no internet connection. Breakfast staff did not pay good attention to give tea and quick clean the used plate and bowl.no honey for pancake, but overall still acceptable. We asked writtenly for 3 towels, and it never be given, lost signals in some television channels. close to pier.

Second time in this one. We were befor the tsunami, and now after. It's only become better!! Ask for a room in the last floor.

As we traveled at peak season, room rate was absolutely not cheap... but this hotel is the best in the island with great decor and extremely friendly staff... the pool was great... if i travel again to phiphi island, this hotel will be my choice again...

the room was very nice. the view from its windows and balcony is amaising The hotel workers always poliet, efficient and smiling. it is close to the ferry, close to the center and steel quiet and you could not ask for a more beautiful view.

The whole resort is a magnificent place to be, and the Hotel defently made my stay event better. The staff are exellent.
