DANA from Israel stayed in a Garden bungalow for 4 days.
Although we came and the hotel informed us about "over booking" and transferred us to stay at the "koh phi phi natural resort" for one night ( a much inferior hotel), the compensation the hotel gave to us ( Mr. Canovas , the manager of the hotel) was great- 2 free meals and a special private candle light dinner on the beach. It was a very romantic vacation to remember for years.. we will definetely come back with our whole family.... :) the place is so beautifull... and the crew was very friendly...

Mingfeng from China stayed in a Garden bungalow for 3 days.
Quiet and beautiful. Exactly good place for family. But it is awful for no picking up service provided at Ton Sai Bay.The restaurant around the hotel for choosing is few. Staying here for several days will be boring because we have nothing to do but swim in the beautiful sea and play sand with kid on the beautiful beach. If you don't like quiet, ignore this hotel. But if you have time and hope to enjoy pure family life, Holiday Inn is a good choice.

Bryan from United States stayed in a Garden bungalow for 6 days.
This Hotel is GARBAGE!! Way too pricey and not near as nice as advertised; this is a 2-3 star hotel advertised as a 4 star. Also, they have take all TVs out of the rooms...telling me that they do not want their guest sitting in the room watching TV, they want them outside enjoying the Island.....which of course is very expensive. I will never use Holiday Inn nor Hotel Travel since I asked to cancel and move to another Hotel....both denied me the right to refund and Hotel change....never again!

A HotelTravel.com Member from Chile stayed in a Seaview bungalow for 3 days.
the best thing is the location, so ar away from tongsay bay, you have to take a boat to go to tongsay, about 30 minutes, the beach is very quiet, very nice, for honeymooners, not for singles, it`s great for somebody who doesn`t wants to do anything, because youy don`t have anything, the rooms hasn`t had TV!!!
the beds are not so good, they don`t have any TV in the rooms, tha bathrooms are most like an hostal than a 4 stars hotel. they don`t have any facilities, only one tiny pool for kids. it`s at the final extreme of PHI PHI, very quiet, but also the fun is in tongsay bay, you have to take a boat to go there, you can`t walk or take a cab to go to tongsay. the brackfast is not so good, very poor.
we only use the snorkerls, because there`s nothing more, every extra you must pay it

A HotelTravel.com Member from Canada stayed in a Beachfront bungalow for 1 day.
We had a "cottage on the beach". It was sooo worth it! It was the best place we've ever been in our entire lives. Our only regret was that we didn't stay longer. Definitely somewhere I'd go back. There's not motarized vehicles on the island, so to get from the main peer to the resort, I recommend taking one of those long-tail boats. The average price was 800baht, but you may get a little cheaper.

Kerim from United States stayed in a Garden bungalow for 3 days.
There is a 17 new bungolow construction work going on at the day time and you can hear the constr. voice. The hotel staff is rude and not professional. The rooms are clean however, air conditioning is very old (just like the decoration of the room) and very noisy. There is a long tail boat park in front of the beach which makes a lot of noise and polution at the day time.
Thais celebrate Buddha’s birthday. Local Wats (Buddhist Temples) celebrate by holding candlelit processions. A tourist may take part in these parades and it can prove great fun.
