Marta from Italy stayed in a Deluxe villa for 5 days.
I found this resort great, the bungalows are all clean and intimate with a great view on the sea, it's a bit away from the main beach so it's quiet and relaxing even though you can reach the center just in 5 minutes by walk! I would definitely recommend it!

I found the staff very helpful. On our first day our shower clogged up. I told reception about it and it was fixed straight away. My family really enjoyed the extra little touches of towell animals and flowers when our room was made up each day. The staff couldn't do enough for us. The grounds of the hotel was beautiful. We really liked the balconies with an amazing view of the bay. The cabin we stayed in looked old on the outside, but the room was very nicely done up and clean. We had geckos and bugs in our room, which is to be expected in that kind of a tropical setting. The pool area was really nice. We also liked the hotel's location, because it was away from the busy main street, but still within walking distance to the town. Disappointed. When I booked the villa I asked for a double bed room because I was going to spend my honeymoon. Then I called hotel to confirm but got answer that I should asked when I checked in. I did asked when I checked in but I ended up in a twin bed room! When I called to change a room, staff is not very friendly by told me they didn't have doulbe bed room then told me I could only change to a very far away room...Hotel Facilities

the view of superior room and delux room is totally different, most of the staff are kindly and nice and honest, but not the manager at the front desk, a fat lady around 50 years, different person she offer different price. after my two days stay i decide to stay there one day longer, but she give me one superior room said it is delux room and offer me the price 1750 b, but she sale the same room to one spannish as 1600 b(just the superior room pirce), at last, i paid for 2000 b to extend my room cause my girl friend really like there, but the day before,one staff told me , pay 1900b can extend for one day, and that is the normal price. if i go phiphi again, i wont choose that hotel any more, we dont want to see the terrible lady any more!Hotel Facilities

Quite place but far away from the pier and hard to climb up to the room. The front desk of Oct 8th is not friendly it seems our guilty to check in but front desk of Oct 10th is of great help and with nice smile always. Only two shuttle boat to the pier at 8 AM and 13 PM. Room is clean and with 2 big bottles of water free every day. 10 mins walk in sand to the resturant and 20 mins to TONGSAI bay pier and also 20 mins to PHIPHI village.Hotel Facilities
