The rooms are quite nice and clean; I've been in five stars hotels that are not good enough when compared with Woodlands. Staff is friendly as you can expect from Thai people. The only remark is the nearby beach; It had broken glasses and dog dirt. The walking street is not near, it's necessary to take a taxi, but it is easy and its worth a visit. If you are looking for a beach, you may consider another location, but if you are ok with pool and great rooms, Woodlands is an excellent choice....

Excellent Settings. A beautiful pool although too shallow. Accessing Pattaya's various spots is quite easy, using a 10 Baht fare on the local taxi. A recommended hotel.

The room was definitely worth the price, compared to the surrounding four star hotels. The room was luxurious, great bathroom (though a little small), a patio, cable TV... Honestly, we have nothing to complain about, except for the fact that our A/C broke down on the last night (though they sent someone immediately to fix it). Other than that, it was a great experience!

This is definitely the best choice in Pattaya for a price range from US$50-70. Easy transport, clean and spatial rooms, nice swimming pools. I have no hesitation to stay at Woodlands again next time in Pattaya.

Nice quiet area away from hustle and bustle good choice of breakfast. We found the rooms smaller than average size double rooms. Good size swimming pool with a separate pool for children.

I stayed this hotel only 3 days and after then, I regreted that I'd booked only 3 days only! Good breakfast, kindness of staff, cleanliness, etc. The demerits of this hotel are small room size than other hotel's same level of room and no mosquito nets on window that you can not open window in night.
When I go to Pattaya again, I'll stay this hotel again.

Very nice hotel in the quiet corner of Pattaya, 5-10 min walk to the beach. But shops and some restaurants and bars are close. When you want to spent all your time at the centre of Pattaya, you maybe better with a hotel more to the south. But I will go back for sure.
