Good service both from the reception, hotel staff and security, some people from the staff was not so good in the english language, very good service from the security personal even that they couldnt speak a word english they arranged taxi etc, if i should go back to jomtien beach i think i should check if they had free rooms in white house. ...

The rooms in the wing next to the reception (room numbers staring with 6) are worn and should be renovated. The elastic jointing compounds were broken and moldy - at least in our room.
Only few channels in TV and they out of tuning.
We had to ask for new towels twice during our stay - they just had forgotten to bring them.

It is a very nice hotel although the area around is quite crowded and noisy and for certain reasons not recommended for families travelling with children.
The staff hardly speaks English which makes even little things like ordering room service quite complicated and time-consuming.
Food is ok, not excellent though, and extras are hard to get just as are vegetarian dishes.
But:
The beach can be reached in 2 minutes walking time, just as a whole lot of seaside-restaurants and small shops (excellent offers for all kinds of tailor-made clothing).
And:
A Great diving school (PADI) is located right at the opposite side of the hotel - great courses, low fares, and excellent diving trips!!
Conclusion:
For a 23$ rate in a double room this place is worth its money!!
