good: The personal is always very helpfull
Less good: Why is it so hard to put people behind the reception who speak better English? It would be so much better in helping the client.

Although the hotel was clean and comfortable it lacked the 'personal' touch offered by many hotels of similar ratings in the area. The hotel appears to mainly cater for large groups and is not really interested in individuals or small families. Breakfast in the morning left a lot to be desired - the food was cold and finding a table to eat at was difficult on many occassions (I actually took to going into the main Pattaya town area for a properly cooked breakfast).
The restaurant service itself left a lot to be desired. On two occassions I sat for 10 minutes waiting to be served as there were only two waitresses working and they were tied up dealing with the large groups mentioned previously. The food was satisfactory but the menu was 'un-inspirational'.
Overall I would give a rating of 4/10. A pity as the hotel has a lot of potential and is in a fairly prime area on Jomtien beach. Needs a more dynamic management structure.

Susan from Denmark stayed in a Standard for 12 days.
There is not enough furniture around the swimming pool or maybe the old people from Sweden did not have to have 2 sun beds pr. Persons? The beds in our room was not good and the staff was not friendly to changes them – we offered to do it our self if they could find some madras there was not broken, it succeed and we get one bed pr. Person in our room :) the breakfast is to poor and the china was dirty, like the bedding and the towels and there is to many prostitute in the hotel room –to much noise ….. But I’m not sure that I wont visit the hotel again next time I visit Jomtien because it is close to the beach and very cheap.
Our beds was awful, the bedding was dirty, and the lamps and electricity did not work and the refrigerator did not work. most of it is closed or broken ( all the gymnastic apparatus did not work) The staff would not help solve problems in our room or round the pool. we have been at other hotels in Jomtien where the food was better- We missed some yoghurt and cheese and juice and bread but it is not easy to have what all people want. There was dirty underwear in our room when we moved in .... and they never catch the dust in the corners : )
Because of the prostitute in many of the room there was a lot off noise.

Usable hotel but too big for me. Breakfast has excellent, price of food and drinks are reasonable, pool has cold but quite good for finnish customers. Fitted carpet and air conditioning does not good combination due to allergy. All at all 8+ for that category hotels.
