Hotel locates in Jomtien Beach where is quite and far to Pattaya Downtown. It's good place if you only want to stay close to beach. Not many bars and restaurant there. There is a shop in hotel, you can rent car and motorbike. I suggest to use motorbike in pattaya, easy, conveniet and safe (Pattaya drivers I met are very polite). Price is reasonable.

I did not appreciate at all this Hotel. Except the room wihich is clean and quite spacious ( I think it is a minimum regarding the price ! ), the others facilities and services are more than bad. The staff is not qualified to assist people and tourists : -No smile - No advices - No english and foreign languages - No supervisor r manager for the staff ( it is sometimes quite needful to insure the good job ) To call a taxi at the rception they charged you....un seen in my life They have no service for the exhange ( euros to baths) and we had to go to the centre to have this facility. They don't speak english. The two receptionist available in this big hotel are not smiling and they didn't give any advise or help ..because they do not speak english. They became undertsanting just when they speak about money.... There is a shop available in the hotel, and despite the schedules of open hours are screened in the shop, they open and they close when they want. The same for the businness centre. The swimming pool is quite good regarding this hotel and the maximum depth is 1 meter and half. ( 1m50) The style of the room is 80's years, old and weak wood, but the room is clean and quite spacious (suite ). In the freezer , we have water soft drink and beers ( not hard alocolhs) , for me it does not matter because i dont drink..but they have nothing for eat. They have no service for taxi, but tuk tuk are available for 20 bhats ( do not give them more to do the coastl

the size of the room and bathroom was really good, but the TV not clear. location is quite far from the center of pattaya. i requested a king or queen size bed room but the hotel only have the room in second floor, the staff told me i can see nothing from the window.
