Well appointed large rooms,great breakfast, hotel staff extremely helpful, close to shops and right in the centre of beach, 100 metres to beach but secluded from traffic and the busy shopping areas. Breakfast staff had a great attitude and so attentive to your needs - the best I have encountered in Asia. Could highly recommend this hotel. Maybe the pool on lobby side could do with some more trees or vegetation. Lift boys excellent service....

The hotel is bang opposite the beach with just the beach road in between. it is strategically located, not too close to the sleazy areas and not too far from the malls, restaurants and the better places. Great place, if you search hard enough you will get this hotel for BHT2700 or less.

We have been going to Thailand for 23 yrs and the first hotel we stayed in was the Siam Bayview which we visited with our children we wnt for 3 yrs at Christmas we had wonderful holidays there. Myself and my Husband was rerturning to Pattaya this yearand it was a must we stayed at the Siam Bayview.Not only was it as good but even better . It was perfect . the only way i can describe it.

Room with seaview was good. There were not enough sun loungers by the two pools and unless you were there by 10.00am you were unlikely to get one.
Breakfast buffet could have changed a little from day to day as it became a little dull, being same every day.
Staff were very good and helpful.
How about having a safe in the room as it saves having to sign in and wait for the counter staff to be able to help you access the one at reception.
All in all an enjoyable stay and I would certainly consider staying at this hotel again.

This was probably my 6th Trip to Pattaya and I stayed @ Siam Bayview for 1st time, I am impressed with the Hotel. Great Location - Accessible from Beach Road as well as 2nd Road , 24 hours any time . The kind of facility even the marriot does not have. My only comment - the Toilets are a bit small and run down . They need a uplift, otherwise rooms and decor are excellent, beautiful poolside . All in All , I give a rating of A++ to the hotel and recommend the same to anyone planning a trip to pattaya. I had taken 2 rooms as I was travelling full family, 3 Adults & 2 children. Another plus - Ample Parking for cars and a 24 Hour restaurant & a 7 - 11 Store just opposite hotel entry. GO ahead and book a room !!

Staff was friendly and breakfast was excellent. The gynasium ( fitness room ) needs upgrading . Currently the equipment in the gym is outdated and partly broken ( like bike & treadmill ) and has no music and no drinking fountain. Further the gym is very small and not fit for more than two guests. My request for a quiet non smoker room was totally ignored . Room 114 was noisy ( close to the stair case 1st floor ) and was a smoker room .

We took a one day trip in Pattaya and stay in Sian bay view hotel. Generally speaking,the hotel is in good value for money for it location and service. The room is not large but quite neat. We found the bug in the room and there is no tooth brush in the wash room. There are bars around the hotel and the swimming pool is active. There is free soft drink offerred by the hotel but the juice served at breakfast buffet is so so.

I asked for a room on the upper floor, and was pleasantly surprised they gave me a room on the 7th (top is 8th) even tho I paid HotelTravel.com discount rates. As I stayed three nights, the view was particularly nice. Nice location; mid-point between high end and red-light area.

I have rated this hotel excellent in all categories. The service was friendly and efficient at all times; the staff extremely helpful. Right on the sea-front and yet only a few minutes from first-class shopping facilities, good restaurants and and lots of entertainment venues. Will definitely stay at the Siam Bayview again
