was great hotel,close to internet cafe,moterbike hire firm,1 minute to the beach staff done all my translations from english to thai for free,spot on,central location for all the action too,free to bring back girls to your room for the night,some hotels charge 500 baht ,rip off,will use again,shower worked well,eat as much breakfast as you wont,free parking for your car or bike,security 24/7,very clean rooms and aircon,maid service every day ,could not find any think to moan about ,except wish i stayed longer,deff use again,rec to others,good all round package ,they sort out day trips..

The hotel is not up to standard as a 3 star hotel. The breakfast in the mornings was awful. Cold eggs, Ham in cold water, same breakfast for the whole week I stayed there. The hotel management is also not there to service customers. He would rather swear customers that has any complaints.I would never suggest thie hotel to any of my friend in future. This was my worst experience ever in a hotel in Pattaya and I have visited Pattaya sine 2006.
Not up to standard. Even the language was a problem as the staff could not speak english properly
Management does not care about there customers. hile their a customer had a complauint and the manager actually swore the poor women. I actually felt bad for het. He eventualy threw her out of the hotel

I recently have come back from the sawasdee sea view hotel after being there for 2 weeks. The hotel was what i expected for the money i paid so dont expect luxury.The rooms were clean and tiday and somewhat cosy,and location was very good. The main problem was the building work that started oppossite the hotel they start at 7 and and it goes on all day and trust me theres no getting away from the noise!!!! I stayed there for 5 days (January 09) and had a good experience until the morning I was to check out - I had food poisoning that night and in the early morning asked if I could extend my stay and cancel the 400Baht airport bus I had booked with them, they would not refund the canceled bus and then told me it would cost an extra 500Baht per night on top of the price had been paying (so 1400/night) - this hotel is not worth that amount. Sick as dog I checked out and went to another hotel. It is a pity they wanted to take advantage of my situation because had they not my review would a lot brighter.Hotel Facilities

the hotel is in a good location close to the beach and shops bars etc. The overall standard is reasonable value for money, considering that it's a popular resort with some people. buffet breakfast is poor especially if your not an early riser. Even my Thai wife turned her nose up at the Thai breakfast, and that says someting.The rooms were clean and serviced every day.If your a t.v. addict, don't bother, channels are there but quality is poo.Staff were nice and friendly, but that is the Thai way and I have rarely had a problem.Hotel Facilities

- They need 1,000B for the key deposit. When we said we don't have enough B, they refused to offer us the room. We can not pay the deposit by Euros, nor USD.

At first we were check-in to the room at old wing, the room is small and awful and smelly, and we saw a prostitute just came out from one of the room. It is not the room as we saw in the hotel webpagel, the room we saw in the web page is their room in new wing. At last we request to change our room and luckily we managed to move in to the new wing, but we had to pay double more. So if u are looking to check-in to the room as featured on web page, do double confirm cos u might end up being disappointed. Room in new wing is good so my rating here is for the new wing room. I stayed in suite. The room is OK. But there is no slipper, no night-suit in the room. There is bath tub, but the bath tub does not have plug!! What's the meaning for a bath tub without a plug!? When I go down to ask the stuff, they even say there isn't at all. The restaurant downstairs is also bad. They serving terrible western food. I stayed in a suite and the only complaint is that the suite didn't have a dresser to place your undergarments. The room was clean. However the furniture provided was industrial type and didn't provide much for comfort. Also the Cable/TV wasn't all that good. Limited to stations available.
