The hotel is not up to standard as a 3 star hotel. The breakfast in the mornings was awful. Cold eggs, Ham in cold water, same breakfast for the whole week I stayed there. The hotel management is also not there to service customers. He would rather swear customers that has any complaints.I would never suggest thie hotel to any of my friend in future. This was my worst experience ever in a hotel in Pattaya and I have visited Pattaya sine 2006. Not up to standard. Even the language was a problem as the staff could not speak english properly Management does not care about there customers. hile their a customer had a complauint and the manager actually swore the poor women. I actually felt bad for het. He eventualy threw her out of the hotel Walking distance from the beach. Bit far from Walking Street but taxi are readily available

I recently have come back from the sawasdee sea view hotel after being there for 2 weeks. The hotel was what i expected for the money i paid so dont expect luxury.The rooms were clean and tiday and somewhat cosy,and location was very good. The main problem was the building work that started oppossite the hotel they start at 7 and and it goes on all day and trust me theres no getting away from the noise!!!! Also theres a new site that had started at the other side!!

Nice people always want to please. Clean rooms, good breakfast, and decent water pressure an excellent value.Location is less than a minute walk to the beach and Soi 10 is close to all that goes on at the beach. Only complaint the TV remote had a mind of its own-mostly said not going to do that.Will likely stay there again on my next trip.

I stayed for 3 nights (22/9 - 25/09/09). Room was clean & nice. Location only 5 minutes walk to Central Festival, 3 minutes walk to the beach, but breakfast was not many choice, at least hotel could provide fried rice or fried noodles for Asian visitors. Will stay here agin for next visit.

I stayed there for 5 days (January 09) and had a good experience until the morning I was to check out - I had food poisoning that night and in the early morning asked if I could extend my stay and cancel the 400Baht airport bus I had booked with them, they would not refund the canceled bus and then told me it would cost an extra 500Baht per night on top of the price had been paying (so 1400/night) - this hotel is not worth that amount. Sick as dog I checked out and went to another hotel. It is a pity they wanted to take advantage of my situation because had they not my review would a lot brighter.

the hotel is in a good location close to the beach and shops bars etc. The overall standard is reasonable value for money, considering that it's a popular resort with some people. buffet breakfast is poor especially if your not an early riser. Even my Thai wife turned her nose up at the Thai breakfast, and that says someting.The rooms were clean and serviced every day.If your a t.v. addict, don't bother, channels are there but quality is poo.Staff were nice and friendly, but that is the Thai way and I have rarely had a problem.

- They need 1,000B for the key deposit. When we said we don't have enough B, they refused to offer us the room. We can not pay the deposit by Euros, nor USD. - Close to the beach, 5 mins. But the local beach is so,so. - The money exchange counter near the hotel offerred a high exchange rate. Good. - Near to the restaurants and shopping mall. Maybe will choose this hotel again.

At first we were check-in to the room at old wing, the room is small and awful and smelly, and we saw a prostitute just came out from one of the room. It is not the room as we saw in the hotel webpagel, the room we saw in the web page is their room in new wing. At last we request to change our room and luckily we managed to move in to the new wing, but we had to pay double more. So if u are looking to check-in to the room as featured on web page, do double confirm cos u might end up being disappointed. Room in new wing is good so my rating here is for the new wing room. Old wing room really sucked

THis hotel is a budget hotel and its services is also "BUDGET". The female receptionists wouldn't look at you when talking. The tour desk lied and made me wait for a taxi for more than one hour while she told me it would come in 30 minutes. SUCKS... The room is very small, some part of it is covered by dust. DISGUSTING...air-con is noisy and more than a fan than an air-con...but there are many TV channels:)...the chair is covered with dust... small bathroom...shaggy furniture...noisy air-con...non-functioning air-con... the female receptionlist didn't look at me during talking...sometimes, couldn't find a person inside the counter. the tour guide lied. close to the beach...but far from Alcazar, Tiffany's show, and walking street.

I stayed in suite. The room is OK. But there is no slipper, no night-suit in the room. There is bath tub, but the bath tub does not have plug!! What's the meaning for a bath tub without a plug!? When I go down to ask the stuff, they even say there isn't at all. The restaurant downstairs is also bad. They serving terrible western food. The beef can not be eaten at all and the staff there does not understand English well.

I stayed in a suite and the only complaint is that the suite didn't have a dresser to place your undergarments. The room was clean. However the furniture provided was industrial type and didn't provide much for comfort. Also the Cable/TV wasn't all that good. Limited to stations available. Housekeeping was great. However the front desk was okay. They did their job! Would have loved to be alittle closer to Walking Street. However, the walks did us good.

Checked in about 14:10 Room was not ready, had to wait about 20mins for the room made-up! Room cleaner is friendly. Very close to the beach, shops and transport nearby; walk 20 min to Walking Street area. Towels and bedsheets are some old. I suggest the hotel should use all new towels and bedsheets. I spotted a blur blood stain on bedsheet!
