I STAYED IN THE FIFTH FLOOR. THERE WAS NO LIFT SERVICE IN THE HOTEL,SO I HAD TO CLIMB THE STAIRS EACH TIME.I WAS NOT ABLE TO RECEIVE ANY CALLS FROM OUTSIDE BECAUSE THE TELEPHONE OPERATOR DOES NOT HAVE THE FACILITY TO CONNECT THE CALL TO YOUR ROOM. THE RECEPTIONIST ARE NOT FRIENDLY ENOUGH TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS BACK IN A POLITE MANNER.
