For the price of the room, you shouldn't have to pay for the fitness center. Or don't advertise that the hotel offers a fitness center when you have to pay extra to use it. Also, the price I have paid for the same type of accomidations in Pattaya would be around $90 so, this hotel is way over priced. Also, when I have to leave a $100 deposit at check-in time, I feel like a criminal before I even start my vacation. It is not my problem that you have people steeling from your mini-bar. I have never paid a deposit in Pattaya before and I won't ever again. I will go to another hotel. Overall, I'd say this was one of the least favorite hotels that I've used in the past 3 years between Bangkok and Pattaya and Phukett.

the staff on reception did not have good enough knowledge of english,very difficult to get them to understand your needs. even though we stayed at the xmas and new year there was no entertainment of any kind through the day,the gala dinners were overpriced and poor quality.the hotel did not cater enough for english tourist, one of the most expensive hotels in pattaya and in my mind not worth it

Front desk Staffs were not as obliging as we thought they would be. Language barrier was the cause of the communication breakdown.

So called " free internet access" at the lobby area never works, all the staffs try to get away from the problem. No body solves anything and always finds execuses for that. The swimming pool is just besides the road at the entrance, very noisy and poluted air from the traffic.

- The design of hotel (like a ship) called my attention as well as its name (A-One);
- Location, also excellent since I love to take a boat to go the small island to enjoy white sands;
- Money, can change even outside not fare than 100 m;
- Surprise I have about the safety attitude of the staff relating to my important belongings, because the safety box is not in the room but close to the cashier (more safety);
- The hotel was allways clean;
- Swimming Pool has some advices to the people which stay there for accompaning purpose;
- Restaurant was served by beautiful and professional people;
- I like less the smel we are faced in toilet (close to the restaurant); it was said that smoke came from outside. We canot confirm if this smel came of the public street or not, but this smel was strong and bad.
- Let me to tell you that I am portuguese and I love Thailand (I read my country history and I found, how was great the friendship between Portugal and Thailand)
