Very friendly, courteous staff and great facilities. We noticed that from the 10th floor up had older rooms than the lower floors. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel and would definitely stay there again....

We have stayed this hotel 2nights during low season. It was a great hotel,expcially facility. We have enjyed staying the hotel so much, sea view, pools and restaurant. But location is not convenient and staff service was sometimes not good, too. I expect the staff service to be excellent.

The hotel was not as great as what I have thought at the A grade room rate. It did not provide free shuttle transfer to down town, the only option of hiring a limo is expensive and there is no return service. The Engligh speaking ability of staff is not good.
