Lovely location and a nice way to experience pattaya as it is set away from the bustle of the main district allowing you to enjoy a great view and the beach and it's only a five minute ride to the center. I recommend that you choose the sea facing rooms....

Hotel fine as you'd expect for a 5 star,a little out on a limb,but it is exclusive after all.
I didn't like paying 2000 baht for limo service to Utapao Airport then being transported in a minibus.

What i liked most was that the hotel was away from the activity and noise of the beach road. The private beach was excellent to chill out on. We enjoyed the time spent in and around the pool. the view from the pool area is excellent. the breakfast buffet has a lot of variety. The water sports are more expensive here than on pattaya beach. This is not a hotel recommended for someone who wants to be in the thick of action/shopping. Very good for a resort hotel for someone wanting to relax and spend time in the hotel.

Hotel is rather quite run down now, some facility in hotel and room are falling apart and lack of maintenance. Limited choice of food, also experienced mosquitos attack during dining. Quite isolated and transportation is limited and expensive.
