I will never forgive the staff who knocked at our door in nighttime to check if I had another guest in my room. They must check theire register first to see that it was my and my wife who was theire guests. I don't like to pay for luxury and get lowprice, plastic in meal and coffeeset instead of real porcelain. Elektricitycabels to ceilinglamp was hanging loose and so on.

I would never stay at this hotel again. The entire staff except was cold and arrogant to the point of being rude. They acted like they were doing you a favor just to answer a question. There was no direct access to the beach as guests were not permitted to pass through the water park located between the hotel and the beach without paying admission so I was forced to walk close to a quarter mile to get to the beach. The beach was beyond awful. It actually smelled and dogs used it as their personal bathroom. The water park which I did not use was falling apart and run-down with a lot of the attractions silent and broken.

There were cats in the dining room during breakfast buffet, unacceptable. Not clear directions to get to the beach and the water park. Uncleanly beach, trash all over.
