The place was very nice... centrally located .. however some of the staff at the reception were not very friendly .. maybe coz they were concious about their english. otherwise .. beautiful place to stay ... right in the city and yet a quite resort feeling that cut u off from the commotion....

This hotel is one of the oldest in Pattaya and it felt like it, this was recommended by this site and i was very disappointed totally. The the staff were miserable and the room stank of cigarette smoke and dampness. Please go elsewhere.

The room smelled smoky, we had asked for non smoking, the desk told us that the rooms were all the same. Hotel was populated heavily by Russians who are heavy smokers. Staff in the hotel were friendly and helpfull. hotel is getting shabby.

Except for swimming pool, I do not see any point of quality. It takes 20 minutes to walk to beach, and the road to north pattaya beach is confusing. Facility is old, Bed sheet is dirty, room door is fragile. Its condition do not meet 2 star level at all. Many Russians live there, but other countris' tuorist is very few. The living condition ruins our vacation. In pattaya, 4 star hotel is minimum acceptable if you do not want to feel you are mistreated. Saving money in transportation is full of orportunities, but saving money in accomodation is unwise.

Hotel booking arrangment was good but hotel staff is not equipped enough to serve international tourist. English knowledge is very poor and staff is not very frindly also. Room service was not good. The price in menu card does not always match actual price charged.Replishment of toileteries were not sufficient and room cleaning was also not upto hte mark.
