Kamal from India stayed in a Executive standard for 3 days.
It is 2 star price with 4 star comforts. We loved the place and will certainly stay there again on our next holiday. It was walking distance to anything and everything a family on holiday is looking for. The hotel is clean, very courteous staff, rooms have an amazing view & are excellent for the price we paid. I recomend this to anyone who wishes to have a great holiday.
Please be patient…

RAVI from India stayed in a Superior for 2 days.
It was a good stay except for the hotel staff who checked into my room late night to find out whether i had a girl company. It was embarassing and the hotel people should confirm all these things before they barge into someone's room at midnight.Otherwise the hotel location, food, room and the pool was great.Hotel Facilities

Everything was good for this hotel except for bathroom which seemed like ordinary hotel. Hotel management need to improve bathrooms in the hotel. I changed the room two times thinking that I will get a better one but .......Hotel Facilities

This hotel is way overpriced & is desperate need of refurbishment. They also charge 400 baht per night to bring a lady back which most other hotels do not. The only good thing was the view of the sea from the room window.Hotel Facilities

Wayne from United States stayed in a Standard for 5 days.
The hotel was nothing special. The good news is it is close to the beach and most rooms have an ocean view. The hotel needs some upgrading. The pool area is the best thing about the hotel. There is a great ocean view from the pool area. When I was there it was for New Years. The power went off for about two hours around midnight. The staff was not up to speed dealing with the problems of the guests. There is not back up generator for the hotel. For the mandatory New Years Party there was no beverage included in the buffet which meant you were forced to pay for water. The food was below average for the party.....but the breakfast buffet was good.Hotel Facilities

Niroshanie from United Kingdom stayed in a Superior for 5 days.
I have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions in the past and never have I experienced such unhelpful staff. The standard of the rooms and service was the worst I have experienced in all my travelling. I would never return to Pattaya Centre or recommand it to my friends and family like I have done so in the past. We did not receive a welcome pack like we used too, the rooms were dirty, our telephone didn't work and when we reported it to reception they didn't seem to care, not even an apology. Our family in Thailand were unable to contact us due to the broken phone. We complained on a number of occasions and still nothing was done until the day we were leaving. I took my parents on holiday with me and felt very embarassed to have them stay in a place like this as this holiday was an anniversary gift.Hotel Facilities

The location is pretty ok. But the room is horrible. We arrived around noontime and did not realise half the lights were not working. The bathtub does not have a stopper and there is no safe in the room. As we picked up the phone to lodge a complaint, we realised the phone was dead. We were made to pay for a New year gala dinner which served worse food than what we get at the beach for only 50baht(crab and tiger prawns). Drinks were not included and the program ended way ahead of time. We paid about USD45 per person for a horrible gala dinner. All in all, it was a bad experience and I have never been in a hotel room that was in such a bad condition before.Hotel Facilities

Paul from Australia stayed in a Superior for 6 days.
The stafff were the main highlight of the stay there, The gym was non existent, but thats not why i went there, none of the three machines were plugged in and there was no free weights. The room was good and very clean. The only problem was that the toilet leaked when flushing and the tv remote was broken.I would like to see tourist informationa nd a welcome package in the rooms. Overall i went there for basic relaxation and to walk the streets and see pattaya before buying there, i achioeved that.Hotel Facilities

Hendry from Singapore stayed in a Standard for 1 day.
My friends and I had stayed in this hotel last year March and I deal directly with the General manager of this hotel though internet booking..his service is excellect and when I extend my stay over at the counter, he gave me the same rate and he did not charge me for any joiner charge when my thai friends came over. That's why I came back again this year on 12th Dec but this time is different..I met a manager at the counter and his service is double standard and poor..in-flexible..not a quality for a manager. Over-all facilities of this hotel are good but the manager of this hotel, his handling of matters are poor.Hotel Facilities

I am glad you that you recommended us the second choice hotel in Pattaya. It was very convenience for us to move about. Though we stay only one night, we enjoy every minute of it. We also enjoy our stay at Forum Park Hotel in Bangkok. The employees are very helpful to provide us with direction and places of interests. We will definitely recommend our friends to book with HotelTravel.com The Customer Services Agent we spoke on the chat line are very helpful and friendly.Hotel Facilities
