Very nice hotel but still under construction. Yet no noise from workers to be heard. Indeed, noise from constructionwork next door, but that didn't annoyed us during our stay. Pattaya becomes more and more a Russian tourist place, for me I won't come back here again, while the hotel was just excellent....

Hotel was still in the opening phase. Rooms nice, suberb view. Next to the hotel will be a construction site for the next months, a new hotel will be build. Russian language is heard a lot in this hotel, actually in the whole area. Close to beach, just walk across the street.

The hotel room looks like an apartment studio converted to hotel room. It is clean and nice. Breakfast is good but the place where breafast is provided is a make shift room or dining hall where most of the tables are for 6 people or more.
