I spend wery good time in this hotel.Hotel is not large,thanks for that it is more comfortable(best rest is rest from big nambers of people),service is exellent and I shall give best recomendations to Nova Platinum Hotel among all my friends...

Wouldn't recommend it for families. Staff didn't understand a simple question. Tried to explain that the power socket was having off the wall and just got "ok" and the power socket was never fixed. Lift smelt of dirty fish tank water, food poisoning from milk in breakfast room, had to ring everyday for toilet roll to be replaced. Tour desk mis-represented timings which left us to explain to our children why we had to returned to the hotel early. Metered Taxi, locked doors refused to put metre on and we had to pay 4 times the amount to be released! The room was really cheaply fitted out, no extra blanket given for our 5 year old roll in bed. Requested blanket and got "ok" and a sheet turned up! Tried to charge us for a broken glass when we checked out. Booked this due to reviews but we learnt that the reviews where based on the original hotel not new block across the road! The only thing going for this hotel was the pool!
