the stuff are very friendly.. the breakfast buffet is excellent although i would rather it lasted longer until 11 am the room is big enough.. the bathroom needs renovation.. on the whole i would definately go again.....

Overall I found this hotel ok. You get what you pay for. Room was quite comfortable and large,breakfast was good and opposite the beach. Overall service was good and staff helpful. I would stay here again.

hotel has not been refurbished or maintained for a long time : result is dampness and black spots in the rooms . it is a place with past glory . the actual management is keeping the hotel afloat untill the contract runs out in 2 years and then see what happens . not recomendable

Centrally and conveniently located, old rooms needs complete refurbishment. Housekeeping / maintenance quite poor, staff was quite customer unfriendly, in fact least bothered.

I reached this hotel around 11 PM and the guy who was at reception was completely drunken and laughing, he took around 45 minutes in getting us in the room which was already booked. When i asked him he put our luggage in our room from reception and then he asked us for a tip by saying that staff party is going on... give some contribution....
Room was very tidy and exhausting even no room freshner was put when we entered the room... the same was with bathroom, flush toilet was very very old... in the same price we got very wonderful facility in Phuket in phuket orchid resort.
