Hotel was on the beach but there's a road in between so you have to cross to get there. The resort is long and our room was at the end while the pool was in the front so we had to walk for 10 minutes before we got to the pool. The breakfast service was sloppy & the food was below average. There was no room service till 10:00 in the morning making it impossible to even get coffee in the room when we woke up. ...

Hotel was on the beach but there's a road in between so you have to cross to get there. I was kept waiting for 1 whole hour as the hotel did not have my booking information. didnt even ask for a glass of water while i wasted as i had travelled a fiar 3 hours to reach their, how dic courteous. The hotel is localted very very far away, last few buildings on Jomtien beach road. The staf is untrained. Responds to your most simple requests in days NOt even hours. My simple rerqust for a reapir of telephone set was entertained the next day. Didt bother to reply when i reuested for an iron to press my shirt. Breakfast is pathetic, never had such a worst breakfast in m,y 27 years life ever. rooms are ok, fairly clean but the location is most awkward. Wont recommend at all.
Room was ok, about average in terms of bed and cleanliness.
Just had breakfast it was the MOST pathetic one i ever had. Loose sugar was kept for tea and coffee and thjere were so many ants in teh sugar, no body seemd to be bothered at all. Extremely awful location, last building on the Jomtien beach road, deserted beach and v high cposts of tranpsots in terms of mobility.
Very little transportation availability , had to rely on taxi s which demanded v high fair.

Room was quiet but mosquitoes are a problem. Far away from the center of Pattaya. Good for the person who likes the quieter area. Not much around. Staff not very friendly or helpful.
