Stayed at some of the Best Hotels in the World. Rate this Hotel for the most memorable stay in Thailand. All the Staff were so Polite & Friendly the best that I have encountered in Hotels. I would also recommend the Hotel Travel Company as First Class as they made my arrangements regarding choice of Hotels so easy and to be able to chat to a live agent and get an instant responce back on the Web was great. With out doubt I would not choose any other Travel Agent to arrange my Hotel accommadation in my future travel arrangments. Five Star Plus all round....

The friendliness & attitude of staff was amazing,excellent breakfast & buffet dinner. Big rooms with prompt cleaning. The bathrooms had wear and tear - propably from the seventies without renewal -this was the only thing thing to comment.

View and room is ok. But dispute upon check out, they charge me 100batt for a pair of slipper. The reason is they couldn't found it, but I am sure I didn't take it. This make me felt disappoint.

All about the hotel was agreeable. My only gripe was that the location, even though it was OK for shops nearby, was a 20 minute walk to my favourite Royal Garden Shopping centre. The alternative was to climb abourd those awful trucks. That's the problem with Pattaya -- transport. From the Montien it required two trucks to get to Jomtien. Taxis don't exist.

Rooms are very small and poorly maintained, TV is very small , toiletories are of very poor quality, overall it gives you a feeling of a budget hotel, the price should be 1/4 of what they are charging.
