My resort collection during these holidays was actually based on the reviews given by previous customers and I can only say I'm happy that I did! In previous comments about this hotel I read about disappointments regarding breakfast and pool, but I can promise you that all these issues have been dealt with properly! :-) The swimmingpool was fantastic: clear, clean and soft water. The garden very beautiful and of all 6 resorts I went to this time, Loma had definitely the best breakfast of all of them! So much choice: continental-, Thai- and English breakfast, plenty of fruit, vegetables, yo...

3rd time we stayed at Loma and it was great. The 2nd time we had a smelly (mainly because of cigarette smoke) apartment (311). So this time we asked for apartment on 2nd floor and we asked to smell the room before we would accept it. We received room 819 and were very happy because it was fresh, very clean and from our balcony we had a better view, more privacy and even squirrels were swinging along the trees right in front of us. Loma is fantastic! Big choice of food: fresh omelet, thai food, fruit, toast, meats, fried/scrambled/cooked eggs, milk, yoghurt, cerials, pineapple, coffee etc. The pool was once again clean, perhaps a little too much of chloro in it, but I'm also a little too sensitive to chemicals. As i described before, if you have to be at or near Pattaya, but you like to be in a little affordable paradise just far enough away from the night bars and horrific night tourists, then Loma is the place to be. It's at a little pittoresque beach called Wong Amat.

The garden very beautiful and of all 6 resorts I went to this time, Loma had definitely the best breakfast of all of them! So much choice: continental-, Thai- and English breakfast, plenty of fruit, vegetables, yoghurt and juices for those who can't stand meat, bread and fat on the empty stomach. I read about flies around the breakfast tables, but there are no flies if you just have your breakfast early. I noticed that the first flies arrived when we were about to leave the table about 9.30am, so just have your breakfast at 8am and you will not see any flies. We had maximum privacy in room 206, 2nd floor, all the way in the corner. From our (huge) terrace we could still see the pool. We couldn't hear any noise from outside the premises, nor inside, which was great. Wong Amat beach is very beautiful, quiet and romantic, so if you don't want to be bothered by these ugly images of Pattaya city, my advice is to stay close to the Loma resort. Over all opinion about Loma resort: Excellent.

I stayed here for the 2nd time and value for money is still great. I even noticed that the breakfast is a bit better now, possibly due to more guests staying at the hotel at this time. Ofcours you can find much better hotels, but for 1100 Bath/night in low season, this is one good deal.

It's a good hotel with good value for money. Rooms where clean, pool was nice and clean too. The only 2 things I didn't like that much is that it's located a soy (side street) away from Naklua road, so it's a small walk if there is no taxi bus in front of the hotel. For me it wasn't a problem, but if you have trouble with walking, better think of it. Second thing I didn't like was the breakfast, what they served was ok, but there wasn't much choise. I stayed in Woodland resort before, which didn't have this 2 minor points, however I paid $50 a night now, and Woodland would be $80 this period. So I'd defenitly go back to Loma resort again, considering the good price value.
