Rated #22 for all Pattaya hotels
I have stayed at several HRH's. We have stayed a few times the one in Pattaya and the facilities are great and the staff are some of the most professional and friendliest people you will ever meet. Admittedly it is more expensive than most Hotels in the Pattaya area but it's moe than worth it. If you are traveling with kids then it is the only place to stay in Pattaya. The kids will love the pool and the Foam Party!...

Nothing bad to say. My 12 year old boy absolutely loved the Hard Rock. The pool atmosphere was the best. The only complaint we had was there was no small table on the lanai to set a drink on. The food there is great as is the staff and clean rooms.

HardRock hotel seems to be a landmark for Pattaya so no problem looking for the location. just 20Bath/person with tuk tuk from the bus terminal. One weird thing is the entrance is situated at the BACK of the hotel. it took us 10 minutes to walk there. I wouldn't know how to get there if it wasn't some guests who's actually been there before lead us the way. Despite that, the room was good, pool is nice, lots of activities, a nice, clean & cool hotel to stay in. I will go back again in future.

first of all I initially booked superior seaview, and was denied because the hotel staff said that the price I paid was not for seaview even though that is what I selected and paid for in advance. Then when we had to take a non seaview room, they assigned me and my friend on 2 different floors. After addressing our concearns we were moved to the same floor. Lastly If I knew there was an exspensive guest fee, I would have included my girl in the original booking, which they would not add, when I tried to explain this. Overall the hotel was great, but they need to stop trying to make an extra buck at every corner when you are already paying a premium price, Probably 1 of the top 3 most exspensive hotels in Pattaya.

This is our second visit to the Hard Rock Hotel, and won't be our last! The facilities are excellent, and the kids love it there. The staff are all very nice and their English is of a high standard which makes things very easy. The staff are also non stop with activities for all the family - water volleyball, water basketball, football and of course their famous foam party! Some days we just did not see the kids for hours! We are all looking forward to going back next year.

This is the second time I visited this hotel. It's perfect for families and couples. The pool is very different. Very Central, the rooms are great with a fantastic view. I would go there again for sure.

Great Location, Nice Theme of rock stars, Nice reception lounge, Pool, and Cafe.
Bathroom too small (kinda claustrophobic) and not well maintained, No Bathtub (just shower), No Bathroom sink side mantle. Room is over priced, Food/room service is over priced, Internet access is over priced. Rooms are not that very spacious. I had to abandon after one day and move to the hotel next door(Montien). The music from the cafe downstairs is too loud and very annoying at night.

To much Hard Rock cafe and not enough Hotel. 3 Hard Rock merchendise outlets but no hotel type shop selling papers, suntan lotion, souveniers, toothpatse etc The idea is good but needs more work. The pool bar was shut most of our stay and little appeared to be provided as an alternative.

Pleasant service everywere! Great rooms, great pool area! Now and then the live music a bit too loud, but it is the Hard Rock Cafe/Htl. Will certainly come back very soon.

If I was in the United States then the price would be fair, but this is Thailand and that means someone is making big buck$ off my stay. I've stayed at many other comparable comparable hotels and the lowest was $55. I even stayed at one hotel, not quite as nice, for $25, but I would choose the $25 hotel over this one based on value. In the room there was a supersized photo of a rock star. I think it was David Bowie. It was too big and it was rather unpleasant for my gf to look at, but we didn't stay in the room that much, mostly it was only to sleep. We did use the pool, laundry service, and the Kings Club. All were very nice, but still over priced. But if you can get that money from others, then more power to ya. I can find better values. The pool may be extravegant, but it would be just as easy to walk across the street to the beach a similar setting. Also, other hotels have swimming pools although yours looked the nicest.
