If you want to be out of main Pattaya, this hotel is in an excellent position. You just have to walk up to the dolphin roundabout and catch a baht bus. Very easy and cheap at 10bt and it drops you anywhere on beach road you want to get off. Just as easy to get back.
The pool is the main benifit of this hotel but its downside is that it is only open from 8am - 6pm. If you use it outside these times you are asked to get out!!
We found that the staff especially the cleaning ladies were very friendly but English was limited to basic. This hotel is mainly patronised by Germans and Russians who were not at all friendly.
Overall hotel was average, pool was great especially if you are into relaxing or have kids. But if you do not intend to use pool much would recommened hotel next door the sunshine garden resort owned by same company but a lot cheaper, nicer setting except for pool but rooms a bit more run down but ok. Staff were friendlier and spoke more english.

Very conveniently located and we use this resort whenever we are in Pattaya. Biggest problem are the shower heads which flood the bathroom when showering. We have bought our own from Carrefore and use that instead. We have complained but nothing gets done.

Lots of unmarked trip hazards. I got up in the middle of the night and did not realize the bathroom floor dropped about 5 inches, so I ended up falling into the bathroom counter and bruised my leg pretty bad. Similar around the pool etc. Path lighting should be out in by those steps.

Excellent swimming pool. We booked a standard room and requested for an extra bed. The size of the room was ok. There is renovation going on in the building but we were giving a renovated room. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was complete. We never used the pool bar or restaurant for any meal but breakfast, instead, we used the restaurant just against the hotel, run by a lovely lady. It takes about 5 minutes with taxi to the beach road and 10 minutes walking to BigC. The hotel is located near bars but still very quite area. I will recommend the hotel and I will stay there again.

My stay at Green Park in its entirety was pleasant. The hotel staff were very friendly, especialy the cleaning staff. Every morning they gave me a friendly smile and good morning. Pool area was very nice, water in the pool could been cleaned better. I only ate breakfast at the hotel and it was excellent. I had little bit problems with ants in my room, but they belong in Thailand in this rainy season. This time I did my journey alone, but next time I take the whole family with me and I think the hotel will be Green Park Resort in Naklua.

I think you get what you pay for, a paid only US$36 and if I paid $37 I would have been felt cheated. The room stunk, and was not good, but to be fair, the hotel is in the process of renovating their rooms, we just got an old one. The pool was beautiful and the breakfast was pretty good. Just be sure you get a renovated room if you choose this hotel.

Superior rooms are miles from the facilities (pool etc) I changed to a cabin which outwardly looked poor, but inside was fine (light levels were low!). TV wasn't properly tuned but I didn't need it much. Pool is excellent, breakfast plenty of quantity, quality average. Don't fully believe the website, but the stay was enjoyable, transport to town is a little walk away, but easy! Almost all guests were German so competition for sunbeds was intense. once one is claimed, no use to try to say it isn't being used! Most guests over 45, so atmosphere is peaceful!

We have stayed at Green Park 3 times now, for us the location is ideal as we wish to stay in North Pattaya. Excellent value for money although the security guard's persistent whistle blowing spoils a relaxing drink outside the restaurany and I do so wish they would fit the correct shower head holders so the water is directed at me and not the rear wall.
The hotel is cheaper than others in the area offering similar standards

Although this hotel is not located in the center of Pattaya, it still very close to there. And there is a mall just only few minutes by walking from the hotel. The best thing in this hotel is the swimming pool, very pretty and big. The breakfast is ok, not too bad. the service is ok too. The staff is nice and polite. The size of the room is acceptable and evey room have a balcony. The only thing i don't like is the shower, very old. If looking for a relaxing hotel, this is a good hotel to choose.

On arrival reception friendly - after 2-3 days didnt want to know. Swimming pool water green on arrival pumps broken down temp pumps used water still not clean enough to swim in told we could use swimming pool next door not very friendly. People who used pool were ill . Round the pool was dirty sun lounges were dirty. No pool bar service had to go to the bar to be served. Bad scum round the tiles at water level in pool. Rooms were nice and clean maid service was brilliant.
