Clean, friendly. Breakfast can have more variety. Surprising that the whole hotel has only few thermos' of hot water available.

Good location, and good facilities in garden and pools. Beach could be better, but you can take public transport to the island "Koh Larn" (Coral Island). Transport from hotel about 75 mins, included boats 45 mins. Price per person return: about 100 Bath (boat 2x30 Bath).

On the plus side: Great location (on the beach road), very good swimming pool, good breakfast and good view from bedroom. On the down side: disappointing quality of bedroom furniture, hard bed, poor television reception and very limited choice of English language channels (no BBC, CNN, Bloomberg). Overall: Good value for money.

Very good breakfast, good location, easy to catch the beach or Pattaya city by tuk tuk taxi, enough of space on the swimming pools, good service on swimming pool area. In standard room the wooden floor was not in a good condition, needs to renovation, during the breakfast time the elevators were allways occupied. I recommend this hotel because of the good value for the money.

Nice hotel, ok place -but only one key (old-fashioned, no keycards) per room; think of staying in a suite with 4 members in family and ONLY ONE KEY!!! -Wifi didn't work at upper floor; maybe works (as promised) on lower floors? -check you minibar when checking in: my nearly 80 yrs old parents (living in another suite) had to pay for whisky etc which they never drink; and hotel charged also for lost room-service menu ;)) can you believe it! -only 2 llifts in mainbuilding: impossible to catch a lift about 2 hours per day during breakfast -very nice atmosphere and pools, nice placement next to beach

although it is far from the entertainment area, but it is realy near the beach (just cross the street). All the staff if helpful and friendly. The room is a little old but refer to the price, it is reasonable. I have lived here twice and will choose it as my destination going onwards.

For my wife and me, this was our first four-star experience at a two-star price. Every room gives you an ocean view. Of course, on the lower floors, the ocean view is through the trees. The view from our 8th floor room of the 12 story building was spectacular. The room was large. Privacy is perfect, even from the balcony. The ocean is just across the street, which is as close as you can get in the Pattaya area. The free-form swimming pool is large. The hotel ambience and service is good. A mixture of families and couples. Will definitely return.

This hotel is excellent value for the money and service was excellent with a very friendly staff. The location was ideal for me as it was quiet and away from the rough part of Pataya. I would certainly stay there again.

The view from the hotel is absolutely fantastic. beach is just across the road. The pool is extremely pleasant. Staff don't really understand English very well and there is no kettle in the room. But overall, for the price they charge, fantastic value.

Ground floor cottage, adjacent to pool. excellent room, approx. 150m back from road though adjacent to Grand Chalet wing (behind pictured hotel) Breakfast Buffet was quite good, ample provided and continually replenished so not dried out as some buffets tend to be. Would definately stay again, generally family/tour orientated cliental. Three bookings with HotelTravel on this trip to Thailand and all with no problems

I found that the selection at breakfast left much to be desired ther was very little change in the menu and when you stay for a month the food gets very booring, i am working in Thailand and have my breakfast at 6 oclock in the morning some mornings i had to go to work without breakfast because it was mot ready even at 6-30am.One time we locked ourselves out of our room and a manager had to let us back in he did not as much aknowldge the fact we were there not even a hello.Other than these problems our stay was quite pleasent and the children enjoyed themselves.

I stayed at the grand chalet wing, which was the rear extension of the hotel complex. Thus I had to walk 200m to get to the beach. The main block was closer to the sea. The room was very spacious with a wide balcony overlooking one of the pools, but the sea was not visible due to the foliage blocking the view. Service was good and breakfast was excellent, and the staff was discreet about guests taken to the room. However the hotel was a bit far from the commercial part of jomtien, but transport was easy to get and cheap too. On the whole it was a good hotel for a comfortable and quiet holiday.

Everything was fine except for the room next door where the floor was being replaced. The sounds of pounding hammer and machine saw made it hard to relax at times. Other than that we did enjoy our stay at the hotel.

Great hotel. I would definitely stay here again. We booked two rooms in the grand chalet wing. Rooms were large and clean and overlooked Shamu pool. The only downside was the service elevator was right across the hall from us and there was a lot of noise very early in the morning and late at night. Next time I would ask for a bungalow as these rooms were right beside the pool. They have two large pools...one is great for small children as it has a big shallow end. The hotel gave us late check out for a nominal fee. The only problem we had was on check in- the receptionist had never dealt with someone who had a hotel voucher from booking online and tried to charge us again!
