The hotel is in a very good area close to shopping and eating places within walking distance. However, breakfast is only average and for that rate, it is consider favourable. The room is clean and spacious and has a very big bed. Very comfortable. Lucky for that cause when I was there it was raining heavily and had to stay indoors.The only disappointment was the lift which was always busy and it is very difficult to go up and down. Transportation easily available just outside the hotel. Yes, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wish to go to Pattaya. Good value for money....

I made mistake by taking this Hotel. They are very poor service by people, staff are very rude, rooms are very poor and dirty. I will never take this hotel anymore. Also never eat this breakfast in this hotel. Please you don't do business with this hotel......!!

The hotel itself is very good and valu for money. Close to everything, large rooms, and clean bathrooms. The staff were very rude and unprofessional. We booked a double room and we got twin beds. The staff just said " u talk to your agent if you want any changes" - they were very rude. Wont stay here again.

Location is a little off the beach but centrally located. Nice on the pool side but very loud at night from the open air bars on the back side of the building. Over all a nice hotel stay.
