I booked this hotel through your website. It came out that it was 50 % less than the walk-in rate - not bad. The staff at the check-in counter was very friendly as well as the concierge staff. The breakfast staff was a little slow. The breakfast and coffee was not hot so it lost it flavour. In my opinion, the food should be hot at all times. The spa staff let us occupy a table all afternoon even though we didn't use their service. In sum, I will return to this hotel again soon, maybe next month.

I contracted a serious sympton of food poisoning here, identified from the poolside restaurant food....which i understand can happen to anyone....BUT the staff were incredible unhelpful about it and was promised the matter looked into and never heard anymore, so i checked out and went to the Dusit Resort.
