Good location on fringe of livelier part of town, set well back from main road between two beaches, local transport at door, a short walk to entainment district and close to restaurants and beach, walk 10- 15 minuites or ride. Older style hotel, generally well maintained, clean and mostly quiet room, comfortable king bed. Bathroon basin tap was loose and leaked below basin onto floor, TV had a clear picture some of the time, electric motors on roof just outside room start up occasionally, not too noisy, AC good, breakfast had limited choice of food and food was not hot. Thought it was fairly good value for money, recomended for anyone who is not too fussy.

Day# 1, Air Conditioning was not functioning (Room# 327). Next Morning, Maintenance Mechanic confirmed compressor was down and as he was opening the window, the aluminum window had literally come out and fell from 3rd floor. Just think, if we had tried to open the window and the samw had fallen down what kind of seen the hotel would have created and what they would have charged us!! (For a ashtray their charge is B200 and for lost safe key B3500 - they have a tariff for each item). We were finally shifted to Room# 326. Towels were not good & we ended using our personal towels. I would not like to stay here again and suggest you to drop this hotel from your list.
