all conditions of the hotel facilities are ok, but when my friend set on the bed, a mouse suddenly came out and crawled on her arm..some steffs came into my room and they just said "sorry" and changed another room. eventhough it was a very seriouse accident, that was all..

Disliked my stay here. The location is awful, given that there are much better located hotels in Pattaya. The staff is quite rude. Very exploitative and uncooperative. I decided to vacate the rooms two days before the scheduled departure (due to bad location) But I had been charged for b'fast on the day of check-in because it was an early check-in. Considering that I was not going to utilise the next two days free breakfast, I requested them not to charge me this b'fast. But the reaction of the staff was very rude and unhelpful.
To be fair, All Seasons was not an exception. In most hotels in Pattaya I have found similar rude and exploitative behaviour.

Thanks to this hotel, my nightmare from the previous hotel disappear. The moment I reached there, I had the stuff running towards us and help to carry our back. The hotel was nice and new. Clean, beautiful room, swimming pool and other areas. I will stay here again for sure!
