My group checked into 4 deluxe rooms, they smelt quite musty when we got there. It took some airing before the smell got more tolerable. The heater was old and it took some practise before getting it work properly.
The location is ok, if you drive.
They should do something about the fruit flies that get on the fruit platter. It does not help the appetite when the fruits are covered with flies.
They don't have a fitness centre, but the new adventure park was great for the kids and the adults too. We had lots of fun at the bowling alley, mini-biking, go-kart racing, high-obstacle course, flying fox, etc. The adventure park is a real selling point for families, which they did not advertise. It was a pleasant surprise for us. Antonella Casamassima, Italy
Good location to go to the park but don't count on the staff to help you reach the Khao Yai park because the will show you the expensive "activities" of the hotel. On the opposite side of the street you find the bus stopo to Khao Yai or Pakchong and the information office. A HotelTravel.com Member, Japan
