The hotel was exactly what we had expected and provided us with a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The plan was to get away from it all and the hotel certainly did deliver this, the accent of this hotel is based on the holiday to rejuvenate ones self and take life at a much slower pace than the every day life most of us are used to. If you did feel the need to get back into reality there were of course the day excursions you could join, again the hotel staff were professional and very helpful with the booking of these.

The hotel was exactly what we had expected and provided us with a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The plan was to get away from it all and the hotel certainly did deliver this, the accent of this hotel is based on the holiday to rejuvenate ones self and take life at a much slower pace than the every day life most of us are used to. If you did feel the need to get back into reality there were of course the day excursions you could join, again the hotel staff were professional and very helpful with the booking of these.
In general the staff were fantastic and were always there but never intruded into your time unless necessary, and were professional and courtious at all times, in fact there were the odd times that you felt as if you were the only ones at the resort.
If you are looking for a resort that is close to entertainment areas then this is not the one for you as the closest town, Klong Muang is 10 min bus/taxi journey away and Ao Nang is 30 mins away
Spa was excellent and enjoyed the inclusive one off visit for massage, lack of gymnasium (although under construction) left very little to do during rainy days. Good selection of Thai & Western meals, chief was very good at preparation of both. Selection of drinks for every occasion, iced drinks for the heat of the day, coctails for sun downers and wines for evening meal.
Overall fantasic a truely enjoyable holiday. We will return
