Over all the hotel was very good, especially the pool area. The fitness room was worse than a very bad joke, the hotel should not mention it as service. The breakfast was ok, but not excellent, we expected a bigger variation and a larger sortiment of for example fresh fruits and vegetables....

On arrival we were given a room with a large bed instead of twin beds despite requesting twin beds when booking. The staff were initially reluctant to switch rooms.

Overall, we did enjoy our stay in the hotel. The hotel premises, including the rooms, were well kept and in very good condition. The staff, including the hotel manager, was courteous and helpful. The service cannot be faulted. The food menu however was a little limited. The breakfast was quite disappointing as the choices were even more limited. To then charge B400 for the brekfast for an additional child staying in the room was certainly too expensive. The location was a little too far from the main entertainment areas, especially the return trip as it entailed walking up a hill. However, the cheap tuk tuk rides (B20 per person) made up for it. I also felt that the pool was closed a littled too early at 7 pm. The pool areas could be lighted up and noght swimming allowed. This would enhance the ambience around the pool area. Otherwise, at night times, the pool area is just pitch dark. I would have enjoyed having a few drinks around the pool bar in the evenings.
