Hotel staff were friendly but had very poor english skills. Hotel is in great need of refurbishment and general maintenance is below international standard. The gym is very bad, almost a joke. Breakfast was good.

15 min walk to Ao Nang. Had to walk through dark and dingy areas. Difficult to find tuk tuk from the hotel to Ao Nang.
