I am pleased that you have requested comment on the National Park Success Resort as I do not think I would have bothered to write to you separately to complain about what I consider was an extremely misleading impression on the present state of this hotel. My wife and I had pre-paid for 8 nights accommodation at the National Park on the basis of the website information which made the hotel appear to be idyllicaly placed within the natural enviroment of the National Park and yet within a few yards of Nop-parattara beach. We arrived late, following a travel delay, and were very graciously received by the staff who kept open the restaurant for en extra half hour to feed us. Our room was very comfortably furnished and we expected to have a pleasant week in the hotel. However, at 7.30 am the following morning (Sunday) we were awakened by the sound of heavy machinery and the realisation that we were in the middle of a very extensive building site.
