The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. On many occasions, when we needed help, they are more willing to help like arrangement of transportation to airport and on day trip to Phi Phi Island. Very convenience and a very short distance to Ao Nang Beach.
Infront of the hotel, they are a lot of shops and restaurants cater for different type of foods.
My recommendation when ordering Tom Yam soup, ask for medium hot, it taste original of Thai.
