The Cliff Ao Nang is a small but convenient resort where we stayed for 8 days. The rooms are small but convenient and bathing/showering "outside" was a nice experiment. We looked for a quiet resort without the busy family-things going on and this resort is defenitely not a family resort, which we liked very much because of this quietness! It is about 10-15 minutes walk to the boulevard of Ao Nang and we did'nt mind the distance at all, as during walking you pas all kinds of nice shops, cafe's and restaurants. If you want dynamic environment, it will take you only 10-15 minutes and if you want ...

The pool is very nice, the food is good, however the restaurant is not so cosy. With little effort (like some flowers on the tables and candles and nice tablecloths and some big plants here and there in the corners) they can make it so much more romantic!
The space for he guests near the bar, where you can sit and read (they have a very small library) and see a movie (big screen!) is nice to stay with a glas of wine or bear and some snacks. Also you have the posibility to use the email and internet on 2 units.
What we enjoyed most was the breakfast outside on the little terrace near your room!
All offered as a courtesy to the guests of the hotel, which is much appreciated!
The staff is doing everything for you to make your stay as pleasant as possible and read the wishes of your lips!
We were very spoiled the 3rd day, as the weddin

The room is very very small. The staff are friendly and helpful but most can't understand or speak English and that hinders the quality of service. Nice hotel but pricey

We were four of us in a family having a four day vacation in the Cliff. Although the location is a bit far from the centre of the beach, what we like most about this hotel is the surroundings and the secluded area where we can totally relax without being disturbed by any kind of noise or polutions. Although it has a comfortable bed, it is a little too small to move around inside the room. The staffs were exceptionally helpfull in every way. The food is excellent. The only down side of the hotel is the carpark area, which a little bit too narrow to accomodate more than 2 cars. The space is too deep, but not wide enough, difficult to manuveur the vehicle around once you park inside the hotel carpot. We wish a great success ahead to all the staff of the hotel.
