The hotel is new. It is nice but there are things to be worked out. The staff is very nice and the facility is lovely. Although one must know that you need to reach the hotel by boat and you don't have dinner options but the hotel. The hotel offers a boat that will take you to main Krabi but since I traveled with three young kids, they were very tired towards the end of the day. Three things upset us: 1) the hotel is nestled in a hill and gold card will take you up to your room. It is actually nice. The hotel is new. It is nice but there are things to be worked out. The staff is very nice and the facility is lovely. It was a nightmare when the children really needed to go and the bathroom was ocuupied. 2) they have bright yellow towels by the pool and beach and these towels bleached the swimming suit. At the end of the trip everything was yellow. Take old swimming wear!!! 3) Service at the restaurant are painfully slow and breakfast buffet was a nightmare. Lots of people and once the food was gone, they would take forever to replenish. I enjoyed my vacation a lot and I have no regrets but I would not return to the hotel.
