We were staying in the hotel for 10 days. The first night was booked from this site, after that we paid directly which costed us 10 bucks less (low season).
The hotel is new one, was opened max 1 year ago, so everything is in almost new condition.staff is helpful, however the reception permanently forgets to wake up in the right time. We asked them twice to wake us up at 7 am, first time they called us at 8 am, the second time they have totally forgot about our request :)

everything was just excellent, except one thing - bad smell from the bathroom sometimes. I think they have constructed the bath system in a wrong way, so that the bad smell goes inside the bathroom. however after cleaning this disappears. So it is better to ask the staff making up the room daily.
Swimming pool is tiny, but nice.Hotel location is also good. It is not in the centre of Krabi, but close to it. So you will not hear noise, but all the facilities such as souvenir shops and dining will be in a 3-minute walking distance.
Noppharat Thara beach is just 3-5 minutes of walking distance from the hotel. The beach is quiet and not crowded.
It is a great hotel to stay!
