Rated #15 for all Krabi hotels
We loved the pool surround incorporating the breakfast/dining setting under a semi rainforest canopy.
The only downside was trying to book extra nights accommodation for fellow travellers unhappy with their 5 star hotel down the road.

I booked a Superior room & had an enjoyable stay. Location is great (long tail boat counter, convenience stores, restaurants, ATMs etc. just few minutes away). The Superior room is pretty basic (but room size is large) and the washrooms probably need to be a bit more sophisticated (the basin doesn't have hot water connection).
Staff is very friendly but most of them (barring front desk & restaurant) doesn't understand english.
Overall can surely recommend if you are looking at good value for money.

Location of hotel was excellent in terms of access to shopping outlets, eating places and transport. Also only stone throw from beach.
However the staff were a bit tardy and lacking in initiative. When we request for replacement of a missing glass from the bathroom, it was replaced only the next morning after repeated reminders. The excuse was that the housekeeping staff is off.
Similarly they promised to replenish 2 bottles of drinking water daily but had to be reminded.
But overall was quite good value for money.
