Lovely hotel, great location, rooms neat and spacious. Buffet breakfast great with great service by staff. No shuttle to beach, but not necessary as the hotel is a short stroll from it.

The Cliff resort is a fantastic for anyone looking to stay in the centre of Ao Nang. You have a great view of the cliff face and the ocean. The service is excellent and the staff are very friendly. The pool is great however, the gym requires some work done. Otherwise excellent and highly recommended hotel.

Booked a superior twin room. Upon check-in, we were given a room facing inside the hotel, ie.not facing the street. Room was huge and quiet, could not hear any noise from the street. Super friendly staff, always with a smile. Excellent value. Highly recommended.

This hotel was in a great location--we walked to the bank to exchange money, eat, or visit the beach. The breakfast buffet spread was amazing. The view from the hotel was awesome, but when we checked in the staff tried to put us in a room facing the street and noisy construction. They did change our room when we asked. The room was dark and needs more lighting. The drying rack in the balcony area was convenient. The staff had to push two twin beds together to accomodate our request for one king/queen bed. The pool was beautiful with an amazing view. The staff members seemed a bit rude, or seemed not to care very much at all. They did help us book a kayaking trip. A short walk to the bank, Starbucks, restaurants, shops, hawkers selling street food, and the bank. The buffet had a wide variety of Western and Asian food options, including porridge, eggs made to order, french toast, waffles, cereal, sausage, bacon, and fruit.
