Great hotel!!!

We first stayed at this hotel 10 years ago when it was very simple and off the beaten track. For our family holiday this year we decided to have a look at the done up more luxurious resort. The improvements, particularly the very expansive swimming pool area with 4 pools and waterfalls, are amazing. We stayed in the cheapest room which was of a good size with a massive bed, beautiful bathroom and terrace with sea and pool view. Breakfasts included in the room rate were fantastic served in the beautiful restaurant overlooking sea on all sides. The hotel is a very short stroll along the beach from lots of super beach restaurants and the village of Tong Nai Pan Noi with supermarkets, travel agents etc. We would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone after a relaxing break in wonderful natural surroundings. To get there one can either get a taxi or hotel transfer by car through jungle, an experience in itself, or get a private speed boat transfer directly to Koh Samui airport- a fantastic way of saying goodbye.

The one thing that let the resort down was the lack of adequate, cheap transport due to lack of good roads into town. This limits this and other similar resort on the island.
