The landscaping is nice and along a good stretch of beach. Anyone staying at this hotel should be aware that the superior rooms are all close to the main road and noisy. While the room seemed adequate and there was some interesting craftsmanship in the bath. The room seemed better for the rugged traveler due to the door frames having large cracks allowing mosquitoes and road noise to enter. Some simple caulking would have helped. The breakfast was consistently cold and nothing special. There are no king/queen beds available in the superior rooms.
