This hotel was a real surprise as I was not expecting to be as nice as it was. The location is perfect to get around Khon Kaen and the surrounding area.
The hotel was extremely well mantained throughout and very nicely decorated. All facilties were first class whether it be the gym or swimming pool or the many many resturants, bars, clubs and karaoke. The rooms were of a very high standard and very tastefully decorated. As I have come to learn from my numerous vists to Thailand the service provided by the Thai staff was second to none. They were so freindly and helpful. I really cannot..

My booking of a superior room was "ovelooked" and I received a standard room that was only 'adequate. Further problems with leaking air conditioning at 04.00am and the hotels reluctance to compensate me has been MOST disappointing. My planned conference for my company will be held at another venue.

Best hotel I've ever been in and trust me I have travelled a lot. Service was excellent. The staff always welcomed you back to hotel with a friendly smile and everything from the rooms to the lobby was well kept and clean. Also the Khon Kaen city is a good choise for a person who want's to relax a bit and just enjoy what the great country of Thailand has to offer.

This is a fantastic hotel. You can get a true 5 stars hotel with a non expensive rate. Lobby is wonderful, bathroom excellent, good swimming pool, lots of entertainment. I will return next year for sure. I recomend this hotel to everybody.

Thais celebrate Buddha’s birthday. Local Wats (Buddhist Temples) celebrate by holding candlelit processions. A tourist may take part in these parades and it can prove great fun.
