Felix River Kwai

"One of the places we've most enjoyed staying at. Beautiful place, friendly and efficient English speaking staff, good restaurant with an English speaking waitor, great pool with a pool bar - everything you need in order to enjoy your stay there. We took the river view rooms and they were great. Great view, wonderful room, well lit, good size, very comfortable. Walking distance from the River Kwai Bridge. On the bank of the river, with great view of it. You can't walk into town, you need some kind of vehicle, but that's easy enough to find. Good restaurant, frienly waitors, English speaking waitors, good selection of food and drink, very nice breakfast. We highly recommend it. "

"This hotel was excellent in all respects. We had an attractive, spacious room with a beautiful view over the river Kwai. The grounds and the pool were lovely, the restaurants served very good food and the staff were kind and attentive. We chose this hotel for it's peaceful and attractive location and it was easy to get into Kanchanaburi by taxi. We will certainly come again and recommend this lovely hotel to others."
