We had again a wonderful holiday at your hotel, which we find exellent and we will probably be back next year.
We would however urge you to consider to exersise your influence on a couple of things. Once you step down on the beach you are immidiately "attacked" by a swarm of quite aggressive people trying to sell their useless stuff. They are both aggressive and intimidating as they do not accept no for an answer. The same applies for the great number of guys with their horses. They are intimidating the guests! Even if the hotel finds that it might only have limited authority I suggest stron...

Good location. Very friendly staff. Very clean.The rooms/suites on lower floors can be a bit noisy from the pool area.Overall the hotel is expensive, but is of a very good standard, I have stayed many times at the Hilton, because of the location, service and general quality of the hotel.I would score the hotel 9.5/10

We had an excellent stay at the Hilton and the location exceeded our expectations! For a family with young children this is perfect - the beach is on your doorstep and there is very little hassle form vendors - make sure you take a horse-riding trip along the white sands every morning; book the same guy and get a huge discount. Very friendly atmosphere in the hotel, breakfast should be taken outside in the sun and you can enjoy the birds coming to peck the leftovers from your table. Games floor was excellent and a lifesaver when we had the odd downpour during the rainy season. Room was perfect, and always cleaned thoroughly. All in all an unforgetable stay - will take home memories of the swimming pool and the beautiful views to keep us going until we can return again.Many thanks, hoteltravel.com, for making our holiday in Hua Hin one to remember.

Even if the hotel finds that it might only have limited authority I suggest strongly that this authority is exersised as the described situation digs into the reputation of the hotel. I might not need to mention that in other contries it is unthinkable that you bring any animal to a public beach and if you do you are liable for hefty fines. Trust me such regulation is enforced!This year we were 4 families with 7 kids (1-6 years) making vacation and we would like to do the same next year and hope we can walk on the beach again.

We had previously stayed at the Sofitel Hua Hin and find the Hilton by far the better hotel in every respect. Best value for you money and enjoyment is at the Hilton HuaHin.

I want to thank Hoteltravel for all of their great help in helping me change my intineraries so much. I got an 'upgrade' at the Hua-Hin Hilton that was great! I go there every year, maybe they remember me. The room was very large with a great view of the ocean, as most of the rooms do anyway.

We have enjoyed our stay at Hilton. It was just perfect as allways. We used to say that Hilton is our 2nd. home. This was our 7th. stay there.
This time we was very pleaved with the new pool rules. Now it was very easy to find a bed after breakfast.
Years before people started to cover poolbeds with towels around 06.00 in the morning.
It was not funny at all.
The staff was exellent, frendly, helpful and they did a great job.
We have now started planning our next trip to Hua-Hin and it must bee at Hilton again.

Best location in Hua Hin, right on the beach and in the middle of "everything". Very friendly staff and all the usual resort facilities. Breakfast was great but the buffet dinners were not worth the money. The CHinese restaurant on the 17th floor however was excellent and the view was a nice bonus as well. Highly recommended for a relaxing family holiday.

We booked the Hilton for the final leg of our trip in Thailand to have some time to unwind and relax. The hotel was amazing. It was just what we were looking for. The staff was friendly and helpful, the food and service was wonderful, and the pool area was outstanding. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!!!

We tried to book a gulf room from the beginning but it was fully booked during that time and got a bay room on club floor instead which we were satisfied during our stay. A staff showed us around on a new wing , Royal Spa Wing ,which I should recommend for a family holiday. The rooms are spacious with 1 or 2 bedrooms, a little kitchen area, terrace and also including your own butler. The pool is big enough for all guests. We had no complaint for this hotel and of course we will stay at Hilton again if we come to Hua Hin next time.

My only comment about the rooms is that the hotel looks old and worn on the inside and needs a fresh look and new furniture. The grounds are very nice and the location is great.

This is the best hotel I ever stayed at. The staff were very kind and service-minded. The Pool area is great for children and for adult as well. The location is perfect by the ocean and it is right in the center of Hua Hin. We are coming back to Hilton in Hua Hin again.
