I've been there 3 years in a row now. Accomodation is deteriorating. The lobby is infested with musqito's. Staff switch off the AC because the're cold or they leave the frondoor open. I'll give it one more chance.

Access to the restaurant area of Hua Hin is excellent, Car parking on site with security.Every time I have stayed at this hotel BBC World TV has a problem. For me a major problem is no internet connection in the room. Hua Hin has free Public Wi Fi which tends to be very slow and not very efficient.

I would stay there again. My only complaints are there were no wash coths in my room and there should be signage at the pool that you need to call for a towel. Had to call otel operator to ask how I get a towel.

The best of City Beach Resort is, that it is close to all, that is important to us in Hua Hin, it gives us a base to "work" from.

Rather boring package tour hotel but with excellent location and good secure parking.More than adequate breakfast buffet for price class.

The hotel needed to be 'updated', the rooms were very tired and the furniture was so outdated, carpets were very old and worn. No internet was available Wi Fi but plenty of internet cafe's nearby namely PhotoShop. Good location and near to all shops and entertainment areas.

the walkway of the hotel is rather dark . however, they gave us a room on the top floor that had a beautiful view of the rising sun

The City Beach Hotel is not on the beach, it is quite close and only a few minutes walk from the beach. The Location of the hotel for Restaurants and shopping is excellent. The Room and bathroom were acceptable; the staff were helpful and friendly. No internet connection at the hotel but a shop opposite the hotel has an internet section and will allow you to take your own lap top where you have the choice of using their LAN cable or wi fi connection.

I would have liked more information about what to do in Hua Hin as the Info bureau in town wouldn't give written info. There were folders in reception but I didn't know what they were...i thought it was info for tour operators or to do with the religious things they had until I looked just befire we left. Otherwise it was good. restaurant was very good and cheap

Good location and good value for money.Breakfast is good although staff in the coffe shop are not very attentative.Conclusion is that you get more than you expect for the price you pay.

A bit too much noise from the disco at times. And why not leave an extra roll of toilet paper. Toilet paper NEVER finishes exactly when you are finished and when the cleaner is knocking on the door... 2 bottles of water are given free per day. But only if you completely finish them, you only get a new one for a completely empited bottle...

Liked most: Convenient location, easily assessible to the beach & town Least: the staff on duty cannot speak English at all, have to ask the bell boy to assist.

Great hotel, staff wonderful, in the center of Hua Hin close to everything. Noice level high as the Pub played very laud and until 4 o'clock in the morning ( the only complaint we have).

This hotel is a little shabby around the edges but offers a great location in Hua Hin next to all the main shops and bars. The rates offer good value and i would recommend this for a short stay where you need to be close to the center of town.

Nice people but breakfast is not included, the room is okay with somewhat a view of the city but really far from the sea. Too expensive for what you paid for. but really not that scary,.
