Helen from Canada stayed in a Deluxe for 5 days.
Excellent hotel with the most beautiful pool and river views. Rooms fabulous, all public areas immaculate and service couldn't be faulted. Staff could not do enough, and were really lovely pleasant people. We will definitely return. If a weak area it is the restaurant, with a very average breakfast and lunch. Gave them a few pointers whilst we were there, ie breakfast to be served from menu as there are high levels of staffing, and the buffet looked unappetising and the food was cold. So hopefully they will improve it. But this hotel has the feelgood factor and is so..

Thais celebrate Buddha’s birthday. Local Wats (Buddhist Temples) celebrate by holding candlelit processions. A tourist may take part in these parades and it can prove great fun.

Asanha Puja
Sees Thai Buddhists celebrating Buddhist lent, the full moon festival. One can view Buddhist temples throughout the year, but this tradition can be picturesque due to the activity of the saffron robed followers.
