Pleasant, quiet location. Great bathrooms and pleasant rooms - only gripe is that face washers were not provided. Restaurant lacks ambience, but the food is good. Common facilities are somewhat dated. Staff were very friendly and efficient. The only slight hiccup was confusion about payment for the compulsory Christmas eve dinner. Because it was compulsory it was included in the accommodation cost, which had been pre-paid on booking via internet. We were then asked to pay again when we arrived at the restaurant, and it took some time for the confusion to be resolved.22
